Position:
We are currently seeking full-time Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible to develop the company's custom cable business and promote the growth of sales. The person will be externally responsible for the RFQ process and price negotiation. He will also overlook the preparation and decomposition of product quotations, and the coordination between the cross-function departments.
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing and delivering technical presentations to potential clients
Quotation and order follow-up for customer sample requirements
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
Helping customers design custom products
Meeting with marketers, product developers, and executives to help create sales strategies
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives
Participate in the development of various sales programs
Establish and rigorously monitor performance indicators linked to sales, trends, competitive intelligence, and target business and improvement opportunities
Provide strategic guidance to the inside sales team in planning, servicing customers, and negotiating agreements
Prepare reports on sales performance and propose recommendations to improve results.
Ensure proper CRM management
Stay in touch with the market and create an environment where customer feedback is shared quickly and accurately with the various departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
Experience in sales to understand the sales process
Minimum 10 years experience in related Industry
Strong technical knowledge of the products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively
Familiarity with industry trends and developments
Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Experience with CRM software
Ability to travel as necessary
