Job Description

Northgate Industries Ltd. is seeking a

Sales Director

to lead and scale our business development efforts in Permanent Modular Construction, Camps, and Rentals. You'll be working with a seasoned team of high-performing sales professionals--your mission is to guide, direct, and help them turn up the volume while you open new doors and elevate our brand across the region.

Responsibilities:



Identify, target, and win new business in modular construction markets. Drive the strategy, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Channel the energy and expertise of a tenured sales team to increase market
reach and capture.

Expand presence in permanent modular markets and drive awareness in key
verticals.

Work closely with marketing, estimating, and operations to align strategy and
execution.

Analyze market trends, report on performance, and adjust strategies to maximize
opportunity.

Overseeing projects from start to finish in collaboration with end-users, suppliers,
and internal stakeholders.

Achieve company objectives in both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. Offer daily leadership and guidance for projects, suppliers, and approval
processes, closely partnering with key suppliers and coordinating with the sales

team.

Ensure seamless coordination and communication among all project
stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. 5+ years of pertinent experience in sales, sales leadership, and management is
essential.

Decision-making ability across various levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk. Skill in defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives and ensure optimal
resource utilization.

Proven track record in business development or sales leadership within the
modular construction or industrial space.

A strong network and deep industry knowledge of modular builds, camps, and
remote workforce solutions.

Ability to lead and inspire experienced salespeople--balancing mentorship with
strategic execution.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with both
internal and external stakeholders.

A relentless, go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the construction process. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Valid Driver's licence

Pay: $130,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
