The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of MyHR in Canada during its critical second year of operations. This role is responsible for direct sales, through calling, following up on marketing generating leads and attending events to meet prospects. By connecting with new business prospects, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams, the Sales Development Representative willbe part of ensures MyHR's continued success and market presence in Canada.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Utilise Hubspot database and marketing-sourced leads to generate new sales opportunities
Adopt HubSpot best practice methodology, including maintaining accurate and timely records
Build and nurture outbound opportunities
Identify sales opportunities, pain points ,and tailor responses and proposals to fit.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and BDEs and BDMs.
Tactfully seek referrals from recently converted clients.
Identify best practices to continually refine the company's lead generation playbook.
Report to the Business Development Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology or technical sales sectors.
Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales processes.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in inside sales environments while maintaining a focus on customer service.
Strong marketing acumen with an understanding of how to leverage marketing strategies for sales success.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
