As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at 2web, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, conducting outreach, generating interest, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Prospects:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients who could benefit from 2web's services. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather information on target companies and key decision-makers.
Conduct Outreach:
Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. Craft personalized and compelling messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
Qualify Leads:
Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to determine their fit with 2web's services. Qualify leads based on established criteria and hand over high-quality leads to the sales team for further development.
Generate Interest:
Create interest in 2web's offerings by clearly communicating the value and benefits of our web design, development, and digital marketing solutions. Schedule meetings and demos.
Nurture Prospects:
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged and moving through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with other teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine outreach approaches. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Track and Report on Activities:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation progress, and pipeline status.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and 2web's product offerings to effectively communicate with prospects and address their needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Seek opportunities for personal and professional development. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or web development industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify prospects.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
