Job Overview

As a

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

at Wizeprep, you'll be the first point of contact for students who attended our on-campus events. Your goal is to connect with these students, understand their needs, and schedule them with an advisor to discuss their

pre-med journey, MCAT prep, university courses, extracurriculars, and more

.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education, sales-driven, and eager to help students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to students who attended Wizeprep's on-campus events. Engage with students via phone, email, and text to understand their academic goals. Schedule students for one-on-one consultations with an advisor. Educate students on Wizeprep's services, including MCAT prep, university support, and extracurricular planning. Maintain accurate records of student interactions in our CRM system. Work towards sales targets and performance-based bonuses.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for education. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but open to people looking to enter this career path. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Compensation & Benefits
