About the Role
We are hiring
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
for
both our Ottawa and Toronto locations
. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, organized, and excited about generating new opportunities for a growing company. You will play a key part in driving qualified leads and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads
Set appointments and follow up with potential clients
Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
Represent Wolfenburg Roofing professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (preferred)
Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license (an asset for client meetings)
