We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in driving growth for our MSP.
Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound outreach
via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
Research and build lists of
ideal client profiles
Qualify leads using BANT+ for MSPs (Business fit, Authority, Need, Timing, Tech stack).
Book discovery calls for the Account Executive (AE)
Maintain CRM cleanliness and activity logging.
Follow up on inbound leads from web, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and event follow-up.
Assist with light proposals for small project opportunities.
Requirements
1-3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication and phone presence.
Experience selling IT services or SaaS is an asset.
