Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through outbound calling and warm outreach. Day to day workflows will be influenced by many of our tech-stack resources provided. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help generate qualified leads, schedule meetings and support our business development efforts, and contribute directly to our company's growth in the competitive technology sales landscape.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and prospect target accounts aligned with Growth Boss's ideal customer profile.
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, pain-points / business constraints.
Schedule discovery calls and product/service consultations for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting
Track and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Continuously improve outreach scripts, objection handling, and prospecting strategies
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM software such as GHL or Hubspot.
Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, customer service, and business development activities.
Knowledge of technical sales processes and marketing strategies is a plus.
Ability to work independently with high motivation and a proactive attitude.
