Glencoco is a fast-growing sales platform that connects remote SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) with different companies across the U.S. and Canada. Tasks
As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to companies prospects (contacts provided by Glencoco or you).
- Following a proven pitch script to qualify prospects.
- Scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
- Logging activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborating with Glencoco's global SDR community to share best practices.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Motivation and resilience to handle outbound calls.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
- Previous experience in sales, or customer-facing roles. (Preferred but not mandatory)
Fully remote -- work from anywhere.
Flexible schedule -- part-time or full-time.
Commission-based structure:
- From $200 up to $1,000 per booked qualified meeting.
- No monthly cap on earnings.
