We're looking for a Sales Development Representative "Setter" to join the team.As an SDR, you'll set appointments with prospective clients and serve as the first point of contact, helping maintain and grow the brand.We hold ourselves to high standards of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities



Establish and nurture new relationships with prospects Maintain a clear, accurate pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM Coordinate with the SDR manager on new ways to attract clients and clear blockers Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods Understand, meet, and exceed targets, KPIs, and critical success factors Be available M-S to hit goals Rotate AM/PM shifts to vary outreach times Attend two training sessions per week with the SDR coach Research each prospect's profile, website, and social channels to tailor outreach Review assigned companies and stakeholders to fill in missing information Assess engagement across prospects and accounts Qualify prospects

Requirements



Based in the United States or Canada Proficient with Instagram and general social media platforms Exceptional over DM and text message Excellent communication and presentation skills Skilled at building rapport Open to learning new sales processes Routine-driven and coachable Eager to grow rapidly Self-sufficient with strong time management Well organized with a pipeline that can be understood by the Sales Lead and SDR Manager 6+ months of experience in an SDR/BDR role

Results



Daily outreach goals are met and tracked Monthly targets for qualified meetings booked are achieved Stat sheet is updated by end of day and sent to the SDR Manager All client interactions are properly documented in the CRM Internal communication cycles are consistently followed Proficiency with email and texting Confident and effective on the phone Strong desire to learn sales Excellent communication skills Prioritize personal well-being and performance Highly persistent when facing objections Well organized and able to maintain a coach-visible pipeline

500, 600 or 1700 messages per month (depending on offer)

Business size:

$40-60k and $100-200k per month (depending on offer)

Offer price:

3-10k (depending on offer)

Base monthly pay:

$500

Commission:

4-5%

On target earnings:

$35-55k 46-65k USD

Work days:

Monday--Friday, light work from phone on Sat/Sun

Hours:

7 am-7 pm and 2 pm ? 11 pm EST (depending on offer)
