The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing coaching company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, keeping prospects engaged, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
As the bridge between marketing campaigns and our sales team, you will own the early stages of our sales process. Responding to leads, nurturing relationships, booking qualified calls, and ensuring our sales pipeline stays healthy and moving forward.
What we need...
Lead Management & Nurturing
Connect with inbound and event leads via chat, email, and social channels.
Build trust and nurture relationships from first contact through to Clarity Calls and Business Assessments.
Ensure no follow-up is missed across all campaigns and outreach.
Pipeline & Funnel Optimization
Act as a "pipeline engineer," managing and improving the sales pipeline.
Manage and track the
Support setters and sales team members in booking qualified Clarity Calls.
Track and report on
show-up rates and closing rates
for Clarity Calls and Business Assessments.
Provide easy-to-read KPI and performance reports for leadership.
Campaign & Event Tracking
Monitor the performance of individual marketing campaigns.
Report on lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
Who we're looking for...
Someone with experience in
inside sales, sales development, or lead nurturing
(preferably in coaching, consulting, or service-based industries).
Someone with strong communication skills, especially via chat and email.
Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management.
An analytical mindset mixed with a likable personality.
Someone with the ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Bonus if you have...
Experience designing
landing pages
for sales or marketing campaigns.
Experience with
Go High Level (GHL)

Hours:
20-30 hours per week with room to grow
Wage:
$25-35 an hour + incentive for every booked call and every closed deal

Remote work from home. Must have a reliable setup for video calls and communication.
