The role:
Drive top-of-funnel revenue by calling inbound/outbound leads, qualifying them, and booking for our closer team. You'll move fast, communicate clearly, and keep the CRM spotless.
What you'll do:
Call new leads within
5 minutes

Book
45 qualified calls/month
; partner with closers to hit targets.
Nurture prospects via phone, email, and social; deliver clear, relatable messaging.
Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; report outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback loop.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections.
What you'll bring:
Proven B2B/inside sales experience (phone + online).
Strong negotiation/influence skills; excellent English communication. English must be your first language.
CRM proficiency; disciplined follow-through and organization.
Comfortable working 11am-4pm EST (flexible to 10am-3pm or 12pm-5pm).
Compensation:
Base:
$20/hr USD
Commissions:
$35 per set + $65 per set that closes.
