Sales Development Representative

East Garafraxa, Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote/field)

Role Details:
We are seeking a motivated sales and business development representative to join our farm equipment sales team. This hybrid role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities within the beef and dairy farming markets.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing, digital campaigns, dealer referrals, live chat and events.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, trade shows, digital tools, (and occasional on-farm visits if you'd like)
Research and map dairy and beef operations to assess fit for Jaylor products
Log and maintain accurate CRM data, documenting every touchpoint and interaction
Schedule meetings and product demos for sales reps, territory managers, and nutritionists
Track KPIs, including lead response time, qualified leads generated, and meetings scheduled
Support dealer engagement by identifying regional opportunities and competitive activity
Contribute to quarterly EOS Rocks and territory growth plans with the Sales Leader
Participate in early-stage conversations with high-value prospects
Required Skills and Experience
Comfortable using CRM tools and AI platforms
2-4 years in sales or business development (agriculture, B2B, or industrial preferred)
Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity across multiple channels
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of beef and dairy farm operations is a strong asset
Bilingual (English/French/Spanish) is an asset
Familiarity with farm equipment is an asset
