About the Role
We are excited to hire a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our real estate sales team by calling warm inbound leads, booking appointments, and managing the CRM to keep the pipeline accurate and moving. This role is critical to improving sales follow-up, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring agents and leadership have clear visibility into lead activity and performance.
The ideal candidate understands real estate sales cycles, lead pipelines, and client touchpoints, and brings a hunter mindset, strong phone skills, and comfort working with CRM systems. This is a growth-oriented role with clear opportunities to expand responsibilities, specialize, and advance as the team continues to scale.

What You Will Do
Sales & Lead Conversion
Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to warm inbound real estate leads
Qualify prospects and convert leads into booked appointments
Follow up consistently via phone, email, and SMS to secure engagement
Own the early sales cycle from first contact through appointment confirmation
Maintain urgency, professionalism, and strong conversion discipline
CRM & Pipeline Management
Use and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) to track all activity
Maintain pipeline integrity, ensuring accurate stages, notes, and follow-ups
Assign qualified leads to agents based on rules, availability, or performance
Ensure data accuracy, tagging, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking
Monitor response times and lead-to-appointment conversion rates
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with agents to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments
Provide visibility into lead quality, objections, and trends
Support continuous improvement of scripts, workflows, and outreach strategies
About You
Sales-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
Comfortable making frequent phone calls and handling objections
2+ years of sales experience
Strong understanding of lead pipelines and conversion metrics
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with real estate CRMs such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, kvCORE, LionDesk, Sky Slope
Background in high-volume sales environments
Familiarity with inbound lead conversion and follow-up automation
Understanding of email/SMS compliance and best practices

Location & Schedule
Hybrid role
First 90 days in-office (Mississauga) for training, onboarding, and ramp-up
Transition to a hybrid schedule after onboarding period
