Sales Development Representative (Part-Time) Print and Play - Creative Manufacturing

Hamilton, ON - (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Hours:

15-20 hours per week

$20/hour + performance bonuses

About Print and Play

We're a growing additive manufacturing company with dozens of 3D printers producing custom products for museums, electronics companies, engineering firms, and more. Our motto: "Everything but guns." From museum gift shop replicas to electronics enclosures to industrial parts - we make it happen.

We're expanding our B2B manufacturing services and need someone hungry to help us grow.

The Role



You'll be our outbound sales engine - finding potential clients, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our team. This is a

commission-eligible, part-time role

perfect for someone who wants to learn B2B sales while earning real money.

Your Day-to-Day:

Make 20-30 outbound calls/emails per day to potential manufacturing clients Research and build target lists (museums, electronics companies, engineering firms, etc.) Qualify leads and book discovery calls with decision-makers Follow up with prospects who requested sample parts or quotes Update CRM and track all outreach activity Collaborate with our team on messaging and targeting strategy
Success Metrics (First 90 Days):

100+ qualified conversations with potential clients 20+ discovery meetings booked 5+ sample part requests generated Help close 1-2 new manufacturing contracts
Who You Are

Required:



Excellent phone and email communication skills Comfortable making cold calls (we'll train you, but you can't be afraid of "no") Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic understanding of B2B sales or eagerness to learn Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Points For:



Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales Familiarity with 3D printing or additive manufacturing Previous SDR/BDR experience CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills
What We Offer

Compensation:



$18-22/hour base (based on experience) Performance bonuses for meetings booked and deals closed Potential to grow into full-time role with commission structure as we scale
