We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients (on the phone and in-person). This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, B2C sales, telemarketing, and technical sales, as well as proficiency in CRM software such as Claritysoft. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in business development by engaging in outbound and warm calling strategies to generate leads and close sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to introduce products and services, generating interest and leads.
Visit customers in the Edmonton and surrounding area to promote product awareness.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing efforts to promote products or services.
Continuously seek opportunities for business development by identifying market trends and client needs.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical sales environments.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Claritysoft, is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
Experience in customer service roles that emphasize relationship management.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives.
