The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce the benefits of solar energy, and schedule consultations with our Solar Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads and book appointments (virtual or in-home)
Assess solar potential for residential homes
Engage with the community and maintain strong follow-up
Represent Polaron with professionalism and enthusiasm

A goal-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role. You bring energy, initiative, and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
Interest in renewable energy
CRM experience is a plus
Multilingual and/or mobile candidates preferred
