Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Conduct outbound calls and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support as needed. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to provide outstanding customer service while addressing client needs. Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies. Familiarity with marketing principles related to sales initiatives. Technical aptitude for understanding product features and benefits relevant to clients.
