We are seeking a full time detail oriented, responsible and effective Sales Representative/Customer Service to perform customer visits and related services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role is to maintain and develop customer relations for the company through on-site or off-site services including but not limited to assisting each customer storefront with re-ordering, shelf management and promotions. Being part of the Sales Department means that the employee will cooperate directly with the Internal Team (Office Department) on achieving company set targets.

Basic Responsibilities:

Daily interaction with customers (existing or new) mainly to take orders or educate customers Filling out all related forms/documents for sales orders, returns, promotions, visit records etc Professionally maintaining and improving the business relationship with all customers Smart Casual/Business Casual Dress Code is mandatory Understanding company products and providing accurate information on the specialty, function, features and pricing etc. Ability to understand customers' needs while upholding the company's requirements and standards Perform negotiations around pricing, promotions, returns etc Dealing with various customer service situations in a professional, accurate and effective manner Collecting AR payments from various customers Advising customers on delivery schedules, potential shipment delays and other after-sale services Accurately observing competition in the market on identical and or related products and pricing

Basic Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in

CANADA

regardless of industry (Food industry preferred) Use of own reliable vehicle to perform required duties across the GTA Valid G2 or G drivers license and good standing drivers abstract is required Working mobile smart phone with a data plan English language proficiency for writing, reading and speaking is mandatory (Cantonese & Mandarin are an asset) Excellent observational, analytical and multi-tasking skills Articulate communication skills and persuasive negotiation abilities Education minimum is Secondary School Certificate however College Level Diploma and higher is strongly preferred
