Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
This role combines inside sales, retail customer service, and participation in inventory management. You will serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers--whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Your role will be vital in driving sales, ensuring product availability, and delivering seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and product knowledge
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
Create, follow up on, and revise customer quotes
Accurately process orders for in-store pickup or shipping
Proactively notify customers about order status and follow up on pending requests
Maintain and replenish product displays and stock shelves
Support inventory management, including cycle counts and organization
Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations and sales targets
Process purchase orders (P.O.) accurately and efficiently
Conduct respiratory fit testing as needed (training provided)
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales
Strong organizational and communication skills
Order processing and inventory control knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Previous experience in fit testing or willingness to be trained
