The Sales & Customer Service Coordinator will work to support the Business Development team for B2B orders, RFQs, tender submissions and vendor relations. Duties also include providing timely and accurate response to customers and resolution of routine questions and problems regarding products and/or services, customer set-up and billing, shipment information, etc. The incumbent will work closely with the procurement, logistics, finance and retail divisions to provide the best overall customer experience while maintaining growth and profitability targets for the division.

Duties & Responsibilities



Provide sales support to the Business Development team Assist with B2B and special orders, requests for quotes and tender preparation Provide timely follow-up on leads and requests to ensure successful conversion Create and/or process POs, and review for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping information Complete internal documents supporting any transaction including customer and vendor set-up Serve as a point of contact for customers to assist with general questions, pricing, order changes, reorders, etc. Liaise with the appropriate internal departments as required to help ensure the flow of communication and a positive customer experience Monitor customer satisfaction and flag any recurring concerns to the BD or operations teams Identify gaps in communication or process inefficiencies and recommend solutions Perform follow-ups, tracking, reporting and analysis of sales information Place and monitor Winnipeg office orders

Qualifications



Post secondary education in administration, business, sales or another relevant field At least three years experience in a comparable sales/customer service role Knowledge of trades, construction, heavy equipment or warehouse/retail operations is an asset Ability to establish and leverage positive relationships with key stakeholders Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office Suite Good verbal and written communication skills Adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure Strong business ethics and process orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
