Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and merchandising strategies Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly Assist with phone inquiries, providing information about products or store hours using proper phone etiquette Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements

Previous retail sales experience preferred, Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to upsell products effectively while respecting customer preferences Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate cash handling and sales reporting Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
