Position: Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Our client, a fast-growing international toys and games manufacturer and distributor based in Montreal, is looking for a sales coordinator to join its dynamic team!

Your role:

• Support the expansion and reach of the company in North America
• Follow up directly with customers and provide support by processing sales orders and providing product information and customer service
• Process payments
• Work directly with the sales manager initiating and implementing sales and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate projects related to key accounts, including listing new products and following through on delivery obligations
• Communicate regularly with our independent sales representatives and provide support with the objective to grow our sales in US and Canada
• Follow up with the logistic team to ensure orders are shipped promptly
• Create and maintain various databases to facilitate and optimize the work done by the team
• Represent the Company at certain trade shows and client meetings to promote our products

The ideal candidate:

• As many of our customers are international being fully bilingual ENG/FR, both in writing and verbally, is essential
• Be highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with the ability to follow up on many deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks). Be able to learn quickly new applications.
• Be a highly functioning member of a team who is proactive and can come up with new initiatives
