As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator/Commercial Assistant, working closely with our VP of Business Development to support our sales efforts.

Job Overview:We are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Commercial Assistant who will play a key role in driving our sales processes and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and customers. This role will focus on managing the sales pipeline, handling customer follow-ups, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations.Key Responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline Management:

Update and manage the sales pipeline using

NetSuite CRM

to track leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups for the ND Supplies. Prepare and submit regular reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and target achievements.

Customer Communication & Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, sending product details, and managing follow-up communications. Ensure all customer needs are met throughout the sales cycle, including providing product information, pricing details, and updates on order fulfillment.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the

operations

and

procurement

teams to ensure that inventory and logistics align with sales targets and customer orders. Coordinate delivery timelines and ensure seamless communication between sales and operations teams.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer feedback. Assist the ND Supplies with any administrative tasks related to sales and lead generation.
Qualifications:

Experience with

NetSuite CRM

(or similar CRM systems) is an asset. Proven experience in a

sales support

or

administrative role

within a sales-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office 365

(Teams, Outlook, Planner, etc.).
