About the role:
Our client is in the real estate industry, they are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact on a daily basis with customers to address requests for information on orders, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, new product setup, product knowledge, and other customer needs.
- Complete daily activities related to National Accounts, including deductions, sales numbers, running special sales reports upon request, and handling other necessary tasks.
- Support the National Team by coordinating requests for presentation materials, literature, and samples for account presentations.
- Assist the National Team as required, which may involve tasks such as preparing reports, managing contracts, and handling commissions. Review, analyze, and update market data, including spec sheets, price lists, and collateral materials.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, sales teams, and other internal personnel to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Support head office strategic sales activities as coordinated by the National Account Manager.
- Conduct competitive landscape and competitive price analysis by gathering data from retail channels.
- Set up new product listings and ensure the ongoing maintenance of existing products within the web portal designated by the customer.
- Manage the online presence of retailers, ensuring the accuracy of information and the availability of all products.
- Maintain all relevant files and databases accurately to support decision-making and reporting.
- Create and assist with customer/product presentations and planogram changes, which are often used in sales and marketing activities.
