YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
As our Sales Coordinator, you will play an essential role at the heart of our team, ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations within a fast-paced, trend-driven beauty and CPG environment. You will provide vital support across sales channels, enabling our team to exceed growth targets by managing key administrative processes, customer account setup, and retail presentation readiness. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented role will directly contribute to the success of our product launches and customer satisfaction.
AS WELL AS:
Prepare and manage customer proposals, ensuring timely follow-up on all quotes and purchase orders.
Build and update customer-facing sales presentations in alignment with brand direction and retailer requirements.
Equip sales reps with the latest high-impact sales tools and materials, including sell sheets, pricing, and order forms.
Support onboarding and setup of new retail accounts, including data entry into retailer portals (e.g., 1WorldSync, GS1, WERCS, and other customer-specific platforms).
Navigate and manage e-commerce and mass retailer item setup systems (e.g., Retail Link, SPS Commerce).
Perform a variety of sales-related administrative duties (mailing, filing, scanning, copying) to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and generate routine sales reports and dashboards to track account performance and timelines.
Manage sample coordination for sales meetings and tradeshows, including timely distribution, return, and restocking per sample control procedures.
Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure the timely flow of information related to sales programs, promotions, and timelines.
Coordinate project timelines and create trackers to manage retailer submissions, seasonal calendars, and key milestone dates.
Assist in organizing travel logistics for the sales team and support onsite and virtual tradeshows as needed.
Contribute to special projects and provide additional support where needed to ensure sales operations excellence.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a sales coordinator, sales support, or executive assistant role within the beauty, CPG, wellness, or retail sectors.
Hands-on experience working with customers or retail item setup portals (e.g., Retail Link, 1WorldSync, GS1, EDI etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
Quick learner with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to represent the brand professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
