Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the sales team by managing quotes, consulting on solutions, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Quoting & Order Management

  • Prepare and assist in generating accurate quotes for dealers and customers across North America, ensuring proper pricing, discounts, product details, and accompanying drawings.
  • Convert approved quotes into sales orders, verifying documentation, signatures, and deposit requirements.
Communication & Dealer Engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates on quotes and orders.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management promptly and ensure effective resolution.
File & Project Coordination
  • Maintain organized and accessible shared electronic project folders, ensuring all sales documents are properly scanned, filed, and up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including engineering, production, and logistics, to support smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
Lead Tracking & Sales Development
  • Proactively identify and track new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and maintain a record of potential leads.
  • Log all sales activities and prepare regular updates or reports on sales opportunities and pipeline status.
  • Support the sales team with prospect research and help develop strategies to expand market reach and dealer engagement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
Education & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; experience in data management and report preparation is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with technical documentation or drawings.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
