Are you looking to join a fast paced growing company? Incredible Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator in our Toy Division.

:

Report to the Senior Key Account Sales Executive Communicate with Retailers daily and promptly, understand and engage in issues and opportunities within each account Schedule meetings, participate in calls, take notes and deliver upon expectations Assist with Presentations, prepare quotes, sample requests and retailer submissions Customer meeting preparation support, including preparing sales decks, gathering samples, preparing quote sheets Gather images, copy and product features, functions and update and maintain retailer websites Retrieves Purchase Orders, coordinate delivery for both retailer warehouse delivery and direct shipments. Review and ensure accuracy of details and ability to ship as written, bring any issues to attention of Sales Manager, and when ready enter PO into ERP system Creating weekly reports Liaises with internal Operations, Logistics and Warehouse teams Assist in management and setup of accounts, and support external Sales Team Responsible for reviewing customer terms and sending the appropriate customer orders for payment processing when necessary before releasing those orders Responsible for releasing all POs to the warehouse and ensuring that they are executed and shipped correctly Preparing and sending sample shipments to customers Tradeshow setup assistance; gathering items for tradeshows, liaising with printers and other suppliers to acquire necessary materials, travel planning assistance, etc Responsible for reviewing "PO change alerts" generated by the ERP system to see if any significant inventory issues arise as a result of the changes, and alerting Senior Sales team when this occurs Must have experience with Wholesale Distribution
What You Bring:

Equivalent of a university/college degree in Business Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and well-developed sales reporting, analytical, evidence-based decision making and mathematical skills with high attention to detail Strong communication skills - both oral and written Technologically savvy Proven high level of self-motivation, initiative and reliability Practical problem solver who uses common sense and available evidence to create workable solutions and meet deadlines Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Must be highly organized with well-developed time management skills Strong work ethic with ability to respond to changing priorities with urgency, and work effectively under pressure to deliver on retailer expectations Flexible and adaptable Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, ask questions and seek out answers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
