Summary

As a Sales Coordinator at KF Food Service, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and enhancing our customer relationships. Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

and will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for order intake, coordinating all orders from the sales team and ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly. Provide consistent support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Support marketing initiatives to promote our product range effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare reports for management on sales performance and forecasts. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on B2B sales. Proven experience in sales coordination or related roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in customer service principles. Familiarity CRM software is an asset (preferred). Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus (preferred).

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
