This important role will connect the firm to ultimately empower individuals and families to become global citizens by investing in second residences and citizenship around the world. • Use internal CRM and/or line of business software to update lead statuses and handling potential clients over the phone to further qualify them for programs.
• Organize contacts and administer all CRM efforts.
• Coordinate presales efforts as may be required by the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and other contacts as may be required.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as may be

required.

• Work in close relation with the Program Managers to secure the flawless and efficient

service and channel the communication flows with Clients and Consultants.Experience

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
• Team player, collaborative, reliable, flexible and cooperative with a high level of dedication;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
