Resume des roles et responsabilites



Relevant directement du Directeur des ventes Coordonateur des ventes est responsable du maintien de relations de travail positives avec tous les clients affectes, l'equipe de vente et tous les departements Globe. Ils agiront en tant que personne responsable sur tous les projets relatifs a leurs clients, y compris la coordination des nouvelles configurations de compte, les expeditions d'echantillons, la preparation et la participation a des reunions en interne et avec les clients.

Assiste au service des ventes et aux directeurs des comptes nationaux. Prepare les feuilles de configuration du fournisseur client et le suivi avec l'equipe de vente affectee. Traite et coordonne toutes les commandes d'importation nationales et directes. Repond aux questions et aux demandes d'information des clients par telephone ou par courriel. Faites un suivi aupres des clients et d'autres services au besoin. Enquete sur les ecarts de commande et les problemes de reclamation. Participer a des reunions de planification de projet avec tous les departements. Coordonne les retours et les credits pour les clients assignes. Gere les profils des clients (c.-a-d. les feuilles de maintenance des clients) pour assurer l'exactitude des renseignements sur les clients, au besoin. Travailler en collaboration avec le service des finances en ce qui concerne les renseignements sur les comptes (c.-a-d. les paiements, les declarations, les demandes, etc.) Se prepare pour les reunions et / ou les examens en ligne avec les clients, y compris la preparation de documents, d'echantillons, de presentations, etc. Participer aux reunions avec les gestionnaires d'affaires et faire un suivi au besoin. Coordonne tous les details des salons professionnels, y compris les echantillons, la logistique, les materiaux, etc. En collaboration avec le departement des operations et les directeurs des comptes cles / nationaux des ventes, participe a la preparation des previsions de ventes et a l'analyse des ventes et des tendances. Participe a la gestion des stocks du client pour s'assurer que le stock est disponible pour les commandes. Coordonne les echantillons avec le developpement de produits et les gestionnaires de compte, au besoin. Coordonne la configuration de nouveaux clients (besoins EDI, demandes de credit, feuilles de maintenance client, besoins d'entreposage, marketing, etc.)
Effectue d'autres taches liees a son domaine d'expertise, au besoin.

Qualifications requises

D.E.C. ou diplome et experience connexes.

Competences en informatique: excellente connaissance de Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM et Outlook.

Langues : Entierement bilingue - anglais et francais.

Competences eprouvees en leadership, capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches, a etablir des priorites, a coordonner des projets et a respecter les echeanciers.

Axe sur le client avec de solides competences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en negociation.

Doit avoir un fort souci du detail, une passion pour l'amelioration continue.

Les competences de base necessaires comprennent l'organisation, le travail d'equipe, la gestion du temps, l'exactitude et l'efficacite sous le stress, la flexibilite et la fiabilite.

Role Summary and Responsibilities



Reporting to the Director of Sales Support, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned customers, the sales team, and all Globe departments. They will act as the lead person on all projects relating to their customers including the coordination of new account set-ups, sample shipments, preparing and participating in meetings internally and with customers.

Assists in the sales department and the National Account Directors. Prepares customer vendor set-up sheets and follows-up with assigned sales team. Processes and coordinates all domestic and direct import orders. Responds to customer questions and requests for information over the phone or via e-mail. Follow-up with customers and other departments as needed. Investigates order discrepancies and claim issues. Participates in meetings for project planning with all departments. Coordinates returns and credits for assigned customers. Manages customer profiles (i.e., Customer Maintenance Sheets) to ensure accuracy of customer information, as required. Works together with the Finance department with regards to account information (i.e., payments, returns, claims etc.) Prepares for meetings and/or line reviews with clients including preparation of documents, samples, presentations, etc. Participates in meetings with account managers and follows-up as needed. Coordinates all trade show details including samples, logistics, materials, etc. In conjunction with the Operations Department and the Key Account/National Sales Directors participates in the preparation of sales forecasts and the analysis of sales and trends. Participates in the customer's inventory management to ensure stock is available for orders. Coordinates samples with Product Development and account managers, as needed. Coordinates the set-up of new customers (EDI needs, credit applications, Customer Maintenance Sheets, warehousing needs, Marketing, etc.) Performs other tasks related to his / her area of expertise, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications



D.E.C. or related degree and experience.

Computer skills: excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM, and Outlook.

Languages: Fully bilingual - English and French.

Proven leadership skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate projects, and respect timelines.

Customer focused with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Must have a strong eye for detail, passion for continuous improvement.

Necessary core competencies include organization, teamwork, time-management, accuracy, and effectiveness under stress, flexibility, and reliability.
