Sales Coordinator

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be a key contact for our customers, sales teams, sales administration, and service. Your passion for details and follow through will be vital in ensuring that customers have an excellent experience through fleet implementation, equipment relocation, equipment disposal and more.

IND1 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of fleet deals, this includes coordinating pre-assessments, delivery, installations, training, and equipment pick-ups (if required)
  • Coordinate equipment relocations for customers and equipment disposals
  • Follow up with customers and collect feedback while also resolving or escalating any outstanding issues
  • Review and escalate any customer issues as it relates to invoicing
  • Respond to simple customer care issues
  • Provide sales equipment reporting and data collection
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a coordinator role
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional detail orientation
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Exposure to Salesforce is an asset

HYBRID WORK
  • This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
  • When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
