Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our sales operations by coordinating sales activities, processing and managing sales data, and generating regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales workflows, maintaining accurate records, and delivering actionable insights to the sales team and management.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Coordination:



Act as the central point of communication between sales representatives, purchasing, clients, suppliers and internal departments. Coordinate monthly sales promotions through suppliers, purchasing, marketing, into sales. Ensure sales team has all sales material readily available through shared drives, etc. Coordinate special needs such as customer events, sales meetings, flights, trade shows, or sales team ride along with manufacture sales reps. Maintain client data: Product updates and pricing Track pricing programs, discounts, rebate program to agreed targets. Maintain records for backup of various programs, and ensure internal teams are adhering to needed timelines. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and inventory teams to ensure fulfillment and billing accuracy.

2. Data Processing:



Input, verify, and maintain sales data in internal databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and reports. Clean and structure data for easier interpretation and analysis. Assist in updating product information, pricing, and customer details as needed.

3. Report Creation:



Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline summaries. Analyze sales trends and identify variances or anomalies for further review. Prepare ad hoc reports for sales team members, managers, or executives. Visualize data in charts or dashboards using Excel, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Zoho Analytics, etc.).

Qualifications:



High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or data processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts), Power BI, Zoho analytics, etc. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.

Work Environment:



Office-based - opportunities for Hybrid Regular collaboration with sales, operations, and finance departments. Fast-paced and deadline-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
