We are looking for Sales Controlling Analyst who is excited to contribute to a thriving sales organization and brings quality analytical pricing solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing and Sales Controlling, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring, adjusting, and monitoring sales plan, targets and achievements of all sales reps and territories.
  • Developing and maintaining company's sales target database.
  • Analyzing and providing overview and reports salary systems, sales commissions and bonuses.
  • Conducting thorough analysis on sales force, customers and territories and key figure reporting i.e. Proactive sales functions, Route planning reports, etc.
  • Conducting statistical analysis to forecast results.
  • Reviewing, auditing and validating any incentives to be sent out to the sales organization and monitoring the performance of the various sales clubs and contests.
  • Working with various systems to update information in our internal portals and uploading reports in our systems.
  • Identifying, researching and resolving any issues pertaining to sales controlling.
  • Developing simple and clean methods to present and adapt the data in a comprehensible manner.
  • Performing any additional duties relating to Sales Controlling that may be assigned from time to time.
The Knowledge and Experience you bring to the role:
  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Business, Economics, or Math
  • Minimum 3 years experience in roles with emphasis on analytics and reporting
  • High proficiency in MS Office; specifically MS Excel ability (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, data formatting);
  • Demonstrated efficiency on programming languages such as Machine learning, R, Python and its modules and libraries
  • Data visualization skills are preferred (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills, results driven, and action-oriented
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work independently; and within a team
  • Skilled in managing competing and multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) in French is considered an asset
