ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Financial Analyst.

The Senior Sales Financial Analyst is an integral member of our Sales Finance Team. Partnering with the VP Finance, this role will be extensively involved in leading and/or supporting all aspects of financial activities for ADP Canada Sales group. This includes planning and forecasting, reporting of performance with insights, quota and target incentives oversight and deals support while ensuring compliance to policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Forecasting and results analysis - supports in the analysis and forecasting of ADP Canada\'s Sales operational and financial metrics. This is achieved by understanding the key business drivers and partnering closely with Sales Leaders.
  • Quota and Target Incentive support - act as a key contact for all sales leaders, provides oversight on Sales quota and related incentives while ensuring compliance to policies
  • Performance and management reporting - oversee key financial reporting which includes Sales and key operational metric critical for the Sales Leadership to assess and influence performance
  • Drive Simplification and process improvements to the financial reporting process
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Finance or Accounting Degree and/or Accounting designation
  • 3+ years experience working in an analytical or consulting role
  • Proven analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results / data to operational performance drivers
  • Ability to think strategically and systematically with strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, be able to identify key issues and recommend clearly defined solutions and / or response
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight timelines while ensuring focusing on deadlines and key deliverables.
  • Self starter, Self motivated, creative and results-oriented, have the ability to be effective in a hands-on role
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate operational issues impacting performance of the business, including demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Tableau and other data mining tools
