Sales Consultants

in

China

and

Korea

to strengthen our outreach and drive strategic partnerships with leading local

gaming publishers

Role Overview





As a

Sales Consultant

, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with gaming publishers and developers in your respective markets. You'll act as our regional representative, leveraging your local market knowledge, network, and cultural fluency to establish strong relationships and drive business results.


Key Responsibilities




Identify, prospect, and engage with

local gaming publishers

and studios for partnership opportunities. Lead

end-to-end sales cycles

from outreach, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure to onboarding. Develop and maintain long-term

client relationships

, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams (Monetization, Product, and Account Management) to ensure smooth integration and revenue growth. Provide

market intelligence

and insights on gaming trends, competitor activities, and publisher needs in the region. Represent the brand in local events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen market presence.

Requirements




6+ years of experience in

sales, business development, or partnerships

within the

gaming, ad-tech, or mobile ecosystem

. Proven track record of

closing deals

with publishers or game developers in China or Korea. Strong

network

within the local gaming industry. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

in both English and the local language (Mandarin/Korean). Deep understanding of

local gaming market dynamics

, monetization models, and user acquisition trends. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications




Prior experience working with international gaming or ad-tech companies. Understanding of

in-app advertising, mediation, and monetization models

. Strong cross-cultural communication and client management skills.
