We are currently looking for
part-time
Plumbing Service Desk Sales Consultants
to join our team. Hours of work will be up to 24 hours per week and shifts are scheduled during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service when assisting our residential customers and contract clients
Ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and account charges
Increase department sales
Stocking of merchandise
Occasional heavy lifting, when required
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is required
Product knowledge, in the Plumbing and Construction industry, is a definite asset
Willingness to learn - training is provided
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) computer systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment
