Responsibilities:



Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival at the dealership. Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to understand their requirements for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Conduct test drives and accompany customers on a journey to discover the perfect vehicle for them. Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and additional services available to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet dealership objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Stay up-to-date on Volkswagen products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently. Stay up to date on VW products, training, technologies, etc. Regularly follow up with clients and team members to ensure all tasks and projects progress smoothly. Maintain professionalism and confidence during inbound and outbound phone calls, while providing accurate information and assistance. Maintain detailed records of all communications.

Qualifications:



Organized and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers. Team player with high energy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and their features is a plus. Good computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. OMVIC-certified Bilingual in French and English
