Avalon Ford is one of the largest Ford Dealerships in the country and we are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant. If you're a motivated, energetic individual with people skills, we want to hear from you!

This position offers 40-45 hours per week, a competitive commission structure that should pay $80,000+, a company vehicle and medical benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications and pricing

Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanation of vehicles benefits and performance

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and financing options

Follow correct sales process and procedures

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

High work ethic

Organized and professionally presentable

Enjoys working as part of a team

Some form of post-secondary education required

Computer and tech competence are a must

Sales or Auto industry experience not necessary, but considered an asset

Requirements:

Valid drivers license with clean drivers abstract

Letter of conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
