We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kamloops, BC Dealership as a Sales Consultant-Motorized. This is a Full Time, regular position. The schedule will include working 5 days a week 8:30am- 5:30pm; must be available to work Monday to Saturday.

The RV Sales Consultant-Motorized is responsible for meeting and greeting customers, determining the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, selecting products that best match customers\xe2\x80\x99 lifestyle and closing the sales deal by following the company sales processes and procedures.

JOB DUTIES:

• Being a customer service interface to the customers on the behalf of the company and promoting the company, facility, staff and all departments to every customer.
• Motorized inventory display and lot presentation
• Manage motorized customer leads and contacts with the sales team
• Recommendations for Motorized inventory ordering, stocking, and aging
• Negotiation and closing of Sales with the Sales team and the Customer
• Training of Sales Personnel on Motorized presentation and demonstration
• Promoting Motorized sales and contributing to overall marketing and advertising.
• Liaison with factory representatives
• Liaison with interaction with motorized owner groups and clubs
• Attend Factory sponsored shows and training as required from time to time
• Test Drives
• Appraisal of motorized trades and consignments
• Maintain point of purchase material, lot signage and unit signage
• Utilizing companies CRM system (where applicable)
• Improving sales productivity and product knowledge by participating in regular and ongoing sales training.
• Achieving minimum gross profits and number of units sold targets as set by Management.
• Conducting customer orientation of a purchased unit when a Delivery Coordinator is not available.
• Calling all sold customers within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Sales Consultant must achieve a CSI score of 85%.
• Checking assigned units and product line for cleanliness and ready-to-sell positioning as required by Management.
• Maintaining the Sales area and equipment as required by the Sales Manager
• Ensuring customer facing workspace is presentable.
• Any other duties as directed by the Sales Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Class A Motorhome Sales Experience with proven success in sales
• Valid Sales License (VSA), or willing to get it.
• Drivers license and clean driving abstract
• Basic understanding of Email, Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent closing skills
• Strong team player
