Fraserway RV, is on the hunt for an enthusiastic self-motivated and driven RV Sales Consultant to join our passionate team!This full-time, commission-based role offers an exciting chance to thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment, where your success is driven by your determination.What You'll Do:As an RV Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service while making life-changing memories for our customers by:

• Selling Adventure: Greet customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect RV to fit their lifestyle.
• Master Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest RV models, features, and innovations, offering expert advice to customers.
• Customer Experience: Guide customers through their RV journey, providing exceptional service and helping them choose the right RV for their next adventure.
• Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals while introducing additional products and services to enhance the RV experience.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring a smooth purchase process.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Whether its in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate, experience is a plus but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
• Exceptional Communication: Youre a natural communicator, able to connect with a variety of customers and deliver top-tier service.
• Sales-Driven: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals, working independently to close deals.
• Team Player: You collaborate easily and support your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities
