SALES CONSULTANT BATH FITTER, North America\xe2\x80\x99s leading bathtub remodeler is seeking a Residential Sales Professional. The ideal candidate has an extraordinary commitment to customer service, is polite, motivated, organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a diverse population base. We generate all leads and arrange all the appointments, NO COLD CALLING is required. In this position you will be serving Edmonton and surrounding areas (within 1.5 hour drive). Responsibilities
Meet or exceed, established closing sales objectives
Consistently utilize our unique "6 Step Sales Process" that has been specifically designed to achieve maximum closing ratio for the BATH FITTER system.
Accurately laser measure and identify tubs or showers (Tools and Training provided)
Prepare detailed, accurate and legible project estimates
Submit complete and accurate project orders to the coordinator daily
Provide support to customer\'s throughout the installation process
Professionally and accurately represent the BATH FITTER brand and its products at all times.
Qualifications
Ability to lead a customer through the Bath Fitter Sales Process
Skillful in quickly and effectively building rapport with our valued customers
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Preferred 3 - 5 years of B2C In-Home Sales Consulting
Outside Sales experience and equivalent training in another profession will be considered
Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record required
Technical aspects of the position are not excessive and construction experience is not required; complete specialized sales and product training is provided. To be successful in this role you need a strong work ethic, commitment to success, the ability to visualize the end project and exceptional soft skills. This is a Monday to Friday position which requires some evenings. An average annual earnings potential of $80K - $120K with the opportunity for higher earnings with no cap on commission.
