Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and assist customers with their purchase in person, over the phone or online.
- Communicate with customers on product features, pricing, special programs and incentives.
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Social media and website management.
- Maintain product knowledge through in-person and on-line training.
- Attend and promote dealership at corporate events and shows as required.
- Ensure inventory is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
- Clean and maintain unit inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills: Sales and marketing, strong interpersonal and communications, ability to close deals, proficiency in basic business math including percentages, reading text, numeracy, writing, attention to detail, working well with others, problem solving, decision making, computer use, social media management, critical thinking, time management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure and ability to multi-task efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Sales and marketing experience
- Passion for powersports and knowledge of product
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Available to work Saturdays
- OMVIC certification (required)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License (Class G2, or equivalent)
- Clean driver's abstract and criminal background check
- Compensation will be based on knowledge and experience.
