Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and promotional events Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers Strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying solutions that meet customer needs Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales are essential for success in this role Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
