Our downtown office is looking for you - Sales Consultant We are a fast growing Auto Finance company with a fun working environment! You would be reporting directly to the Director of Finance, working closely to grow the client base and expand sales.
The role is full time at the office and commission only based. All Applicants must have: - VSA and/or AMVIC Certification (or be willing to obtain) - Process-driven, organized and detail-oriented - Ability to demonstrate drive and initiative, maintaining confidentiality of private client information - Ability to pay close attention to detail in situations that require quick response or turn around - Desire to expand knowledge and continually improve - Strong skills in prioritization and managing time efficiently Duties and Key Responsibilities Include: - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. - Exceeding customer\'s expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience amazing. - Maintain records of finance, insurance files and prepare and submit necessary claims as well responsible for all rate inquiries - Communicating pertinent information to sales consultants/ managers as needed as well working with the team to maximize profits on every sale. - Responding to post-delivery customer inquiries such as warranty and loan payout requests. - Providing excellent customer service, and know how to manage clients expectations/complaints effectively - Be able to communicate with clients outside of regular work hours when need be Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts.
