Revenue Operations is looking for a highly skilled Analyst to join our growing sales compensation team. This position is responsible for incentive commission processing via Xactly, reporting and case management functions in our Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. This role will be fully engaged in the support of our sales teams and is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate extensively with the global Sales organization.

They will be a self-motivated, detail oriented individual with an eye for automation, process improvement and problem solving. This position requires strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills as well as the ability to communicate and work with sales management. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly commission process for our sales teams. This includes understanding and applying the commission plan, ensuring commissions calculations comply with the plan and managing exception requests.
  • Resolve case inquiries and be a trusted advisor to our sales team. Frequent communication with the sales organization via commission cases. Process corrections and adjustments as they arise.
  • Reconcile data across the Salesforce CRM system, Workday, Xactly and reports to support sales operations and commissions processing
  • Advise on process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Adhere to SOX policies and build and operationalize processes to support a robust finance organization
  • Ad hoc requests for systems integrations
Education & Experience:
  • 2+ years work experience . Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g. Xactly, Callidus, Varicent Salesforce CRM).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.

  • Experience in administering sales commissions.
  • Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, to perform well under pressure and to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • High degree of flexibility and creativity, showing confidence in ambiguity
  • Goal oriented and motivated by the achievement of excellence on projects
