Le poste :
Si vous adorez voyager, nous cherchons des agents ou agentes bilingues epiques (francais-anglais) au Centre des ventes pour se joindre notre equipe. Si vous souhaitez faire evoluer votre carriere, ce poste ouvre les portes a une variete de possibilites au sein du Groupe de Voyage Sunwing! Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein qui consiste a aider nos clients a reserver leurs vacances de reve et a planifier leurs voyages. La plupart du temps, vous serez le premier point de contact de notre experience client a chaque etape!
Horaire : Temps plein, 35 heures par semaine avec possibilite d'heures supplementaires si necessaire;
Quart de travail : Variable selon les besoins de l'entreprise. Matins, soirs et fins de semaine en alternance;
Heures ouvrables : Du lundi au vendredi de 8 h a minuit. Samedi et dimanche de 9 h a 18 h;
Lieu de travail : Travail a distance et possibilite de travail au bureau periodiquement, selon les besoins;
Formation : Le 25 aout 2025, a temps plein du lundi au vendredi
Equipement : L'equipement informatique sera fourni. Internet haute vitesse et l'acces a un modem est requis.

Vos taches :
Repondre aux appels telephoniques des partenaires commerciaux et des clients directs de maniere efficace et precise;
Repondre aux besoins des clients en proposant nos produits et en effectuant la reservation pour eux;
Partager les commentaires, les tendances et les suggestions des clients afin d'ameliorer continuellement l'experience a la clientele;
Apprendre les systemes logiciels afin d'etre en mesure de repondre efficacement aux demandes entrantes;
Collaborer avec des collegues lorsque necessaire afin de resoudre des plaintes de clients;
Apprendre sur l'integralite des produits pour etre en mesure de repondre a toutes les questions des clients.
Votre profil :
Bilinguisme en francais et en anglais (tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit);
Aptitudes a s'adapter a un horaire de travail flexible (travail les soirs et les fins de semaine requis);
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement a distance;
Experience d'un an dans les ventes et le service a la clientele (un atout);
Experience en centre d'appel (un atout);
Habilites pour travailler a l'ordinateur et avec differents logiciels;
Disponible pour une journee de formation a notre bureau de Toronto ou a celui de Laval (le 25 aout 2025);
Certification TICO/OPC, un atout.

What You'll Do:
Answer inbound phone calls from business partners and direct consumers efficiently and accurately.
Match customer needs with the products we have to offer and secure the booking for them.
Share feedback, trends, and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the customer experience.
Learn the software systems to be able to communicate effectively with incoming requests.
Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
What You'll Need:
Bilingual in French and English (Spoken and Written).
Able to be flexible with your work schedule?- evenings and weekends required.
Able to work in a remote environment.
Customer Service and Sales experience 1 year (preferred).
Call Centre experience (preferred).
Ability to work with computers and different software.
Available for 1 day orientation in our Toronto or Laval Office (on August 25th, 2025).
TICO/ OPC certification is a great asset.
