The Opportunity!

If you like travel, (and love to travel!), we\'re looking for EPIC Sales Centre Agents to join our Team. If you are eager to grow your career, this position builds the foundation for a variety of opportunities within Sunwing Travel Group! This is a full-time position that helps guide our customers to book the vacation of their dreams and assists them with their travel plans. In many cases, you will be the first step in our \xe2\x80\x9cEvery Step of the Way\xe2\x80\xa6\xe2\x80\x9d customer journey!

• Schedule: Full time, 35 hours a week/ possibility of overtime when needed
• Shift: Variable and dependent on business needs. Mornings/ Evenings & Weekends
• Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 am and Saturday/Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm
• Work Location: Remote Work/ May need to go to office location periodically in the future. For both our YUL and YYZ locations.
• Training: July 24, 2023
• Equipment: Computer equipment will be provided.

About You:

• You love providing the best customer service experience!
• You are exceptional with customer service and sales
• You are friendly, approachable and reliable

What You\'ll Do:

• Answer inbound phone calls from business partners and direct consumers efficiently and accurately.
• Match customer needs with the products we have to offer and secure the booking for them.
• Share feedback, trends, and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the customer experience.

What You\'ll Need:

• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
• TICO/ OPC certification is a great asset.
• Able to work in a remote environment.
• To ensure smooth onboarding and training, there will be mandatory full time training start July 24, 2023.
