About the Role

We are hiring a

Sales Business Development Manager

for

both our Ottawa and Toronto locations

. This role focuses on driving new business in the commercial roofing sector. It is ideal for an experienced sales professional with strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities in roofing and construction Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts; negotiate and close sales Conduct site visits and gather project details as required Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience (construction, roofing, or building materials preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to meet clients on-site when needed
