Essential Experience:
3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial products
Some business development experience in the Canadian market
Track record of building customer relationships and growing sales territories
Experience working with distributors, contractors, or B2B customers
Understanding of the Canadian construction industry and market dynamics
Familiarity with construction fasteners, building materials, or related products (preferred)
Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, or technical specifications (an asset)
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Sales-driven mindset with natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Analytical mindset with ability to identify market opportunities
Willingness to travel across Canada (up to 40%)
Driver's license and ability to travel
