Zadania na stanowisku

Essential Experience:




3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial products Some business development experience in the Canadian market Track record of building customer relationships and growing sales territories Experience working with distributors, contractors, or B2B customers Understanding of the Canadian construction industry and market dynamics Familiarity with construction fasteners, building materials, or related products (preferred) Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, or technical specifications (an asset)



Skills & Qualities:




Strong communication and presentation skills Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Sales-driven mindset with natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Analytical mindset with ability to identify market opportunities Willingness to travel across Canada (up to 40%) Driver's license and ability to travel Oczekiwania

Establish, develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Canadian market Establish the Canadian office and build operational infrastructure, warehouse, and logistics Drive market penetration and revenue growth in alignment with company objectives Build and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier companies to drive business growth across the Canada Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations and business requirements Collaborate with global leadership to align Canadian operations with overall company strategy Manage P&L responsibility for the Canadian business unit Report on business performance and provide market insights to global leadership Progressively recruit, lead, and develop a small talented team across sales, operations, and support functions Collaborate with a team of experts and share insights with senior executives and founders, helping them build their dream teams.
